And what better way to do it than with a #WSAVAReunion photo contest?
Share a picture* of your experience being back in person, meeting with colleagues, making new friends, connecting and socializing…
Capture the essence of the WSAVA community and what it means to you and post it on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag ⇒ #WSAVAReunion.
A few simple rules:
- Photos can include individuals, groups or anyone and you can post as many pics as you like!
- Make sure your profile is set to public mode so that we can see your photos.
- The name of the person submitting the photo will be the name entered into the contest.
If you require some help with taking the perfect photo, come find us at the WSAVA booth in the Exhibition Area. We’ll be happy to lend you a helping hand!
Prizes
Entry to the photo contest makes you eligible to win one of three amazing prizes:
1st place – free registration for WSAVA 2023 + a free ticket to a social event at WSAVA 2023
2nd place – free registration for WSAVA 2023
3rd place – a free ticket to a social event at WSAVA 2023
Winners Announcement: The winners will be selected by a special jury after the official contest deadline and announced on social media after the Congress and contacted directly via direct message.
General Rules
- The contest is open to all participants and speakers of WSAVA 2022
- By entering the Contest, all participants agree, if necessary, to have their name and/or picture used for promotional purposes free of charge.
- By entering the contest, you attest to your eligibility as outlined in the contest rules and release WSAVA, FIAVAC, AMVEPPA and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers, and employees, from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in this contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.
- The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged for an amount of money.
- WSAVA, FIAVAC, AMVEPPA and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers, and employees, reserve the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value.
- Refusal to accept the prize releases WSAVA, FIAVAC, AMVEPPA and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers, and employees, of any liability and obligation toward the winner.
- By entering this contest, all participants agree to abide by the contest rules as stated above, including any amendment applied by WSAVA, FIAVAC, AMVEPPA and Kenes Group.
